PCR dye to enhance manual pipetting of 1µl AmpliGrid assays

The AdvaBlue/AdvaGold PCR dyes have been optimized for the use with 1 μL amplification reactions on the AmpliGrid slide. To avoid interference with fluorescent dyes used for downstream fluorescent applications, two color options are available (Absorption (λ max) AdvaBlue: 590 - 595 nm, AdvaGold: 477 - 485 nm).
