With the AmpliSpeed slide cycler, Advalytix offers a fully modular system beginning with the entry-level single-slide instrument ASC100D. With this product you get easy access to the world of HIGH-SPEED on-slide PCR, without a high initial outlay. The modular design of the ASC100D system enables the addition of easy to install (less than 5 minutes) additional units that significantly increase throughput. All units within the system are designed to run completely independent temperature profiles.

Instrument
Each stand alone system of the AmpliSpeed slide cycler consists of one display unit, with one to four slide bays and a power supply. The addition of a full ethernet connection and a Windows® CE based operating system ensures easy integration into your daily workflow: for example if you are working on your PC or enjoying a cup of coffee, the AmpliSpeed system will send you an email or SMS reminder when the thermal cycling is finished.
The combination of the AmpliGrid slide system with the AmpliSpeed slide cycler reduces the amplification reaction time by up to 50% compared to alternative procedures using microplates. More importantly, all those remarkable features are obtained with whisper quiet operation due to the absence of peltier cooling fans.
Software
The innovative and intuitive graphical user interface is available directly on the slide cycler touchscreen for benchtop programming, or on a PC for more integrated and easier use. Individual programmes can be stored and transferred using standard memory cards providing a very flexible memory option for standalone units.
Integration
The AmpliSpeed instruments can be fully integrated into standard liquid handling platforms. Their small footprint fits within the SBS format and therefore only minor manipulations are necessary to fit the instrument on commercial carriers. Pipetting is completed through exactly positioned holes in the lid of the AmpliSpeed instrument.
Accessories
An on-slide temperature calibration tool is available for the AmpliSpeed instrument which ensures maximum accuracy during amplification.

Depending on the special laboratory requirements, such as GMP or GLP, it might be necessary to recalibrate each instrument from time to time. Advalytix offers a temperature calibration service for the AmpliSpeed series instruments. The cycler has to be sent to Advalytix and will be shipped back after approximately two to three days.
Extended warranty
The AmpliSpeed series instruments come with a one year full warranty. Advalytix offers a one year extended warranty for all ASC products including parts and labour. This contract is only available when purchasing a new AmpliSpeed instrument.
Service contract
Advalytix also offers a full service contract for the AmpliSpeed instruments. This contract includes a one year extended warranty and a temperature calibration service. This contract is only available when purchasing a new AmpliSpeed instrument.
