Advalytix’ unique technique for slide washing enables automated washing within the processing tube (AdvaTube) followed by centrifugation without the need to change from one container to another.
After inserting the AdvaTube into the wash chamber, the AdvaTube is filled with buffer through the whole in the base. Spare buffer runs over the edge and leaves the wash chamber through the buffer outlet.
The buffer is then pumped out of the AdvaTube at the end of a washing step through the buffer inlet/outlet.
