This kit demonstrates the functionality of the AmpliGrid system by a fast and easy amplification assay. A 160 bp fragment of the human chromosome 21 is amplified by a 1µL PCR reaction on the AmpliGrid slide. As an additional functionality the master mix can also be applied to single cells from a human source or cell culture.
