The single cell analysis and advanced mixing product lines were founded as "Advalytix AG" in Munich, Germany in 2000 and acquired by Beckman Coulter in 2009.

The Munich facility is Beckman Coulter's world wide competence center for cell-based molecular biology. We focus on single cell molecular analysis, and the miniaturization of biological tests for research and development. Our products uniquely link flow cytometry, imaging technologies such as microscopy with nucleic acid analysis, enabling turnkey solutions with optimized instruments and reagents. We constantly expand our portfolio for life science research.
