We are offering three modules to ensure the constant improvement of knowledge at our customers and distribution partners:

1. Customer workshop
· Online support of customer visit
· Live demonstration of the AmpliGrid system
· Answering customer specific questions / problems
· Optional: presentation of AmpliGrid system
· Included: CD containing the full workshop for review on your computer

2. Basic workshop for distributors & sales representatives
· Basic handling instructions of the AmpliGrid system
· Presentation applications & products
· Up to 6 participants
· Included: CD containing the full workshop for review on your computer
· Duration: ~2,5 hours

3. Advanced workshop for distributors & sales representatives
· Setup of a single cell experiment
· Answering specific questions / problems
· Up to 6 participants
· Included: CD containing the full workshop for review on your computer
· Duration: ~1,5 hours

What do I need to participate?

· Fast internet connection(e.g., ADSL, cable)
A minimum connection speed of 1 Mbit/sec is recommended for best video and audio quality and to ensure an interruption-free performance.

· Webcam e.g., Logitech QuickCam® E3500

· Computer headset e.g., Logitech ClearChat® Stereo 

· Free software package (WebEx meeting center).
