Comparison of lysed and non-lysed human lymphocytes in multiplex PCR
Multiplex PCR analysis of single cells is one of the most advanced applications in molecular biology. Usually researchers have to deal with high dropout rates depending on the template quality. With the Advalytix Cell Extraction Kit for DNA the dropout rate can be reduced dramatically. In the image below a direct comparison between lysed and non-lysed single human lymphocytes is shown. PCR conditions were chosen according to the user guide of the Advalytix AmpliGrid GoTaq® PCR system.
